Wholesome Start Home School is seeking organized and efficient Administrative Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong administrative skills and a commitment to supporting the smooth operation of our school. As an Administrative Support Staff member, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the effective functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of school communications and documents.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
• Handle student enrollment and admissions processes, including maintaining student records.
• Support the preparation and distribution of school reports and documentation.
• Assist with the management of school supplies and inventory.
• Provide administrative support to teachers and school leadership as needed.
• Coordinate with parents, students, and staff to address inquiries and provide information.
• Uphold the school's values and standards, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.

Qualifications:

• National Diploma or equivalent (HND or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing records and documentation.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Islamic integrated education is an advantage.
