Wholesome Start Home School seeks a dedicated, experienced Vice Principal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to manage school operations, implement educational programs, and support teachers and students in achieving academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school.
• Oversee daily school operations and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support and mentor teachers, guiding curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and address any academic or behavioral issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to foster strong relationships and encourage involvement in school activities.
• Implement and uphold school policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the school's strategic plan.
• Lead school events, assemblies, and other extracurricular activities.
• Manage student admissions, enrolment processes, and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of educational best practices and curriculum development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
• They have demonstrated a commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
• Knowledge of Islamic integrated education is an advantage.
