Wholesome Start Home School is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our school into its next phase of growth and development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in educational leadership, a commitment to academic excellence, and a passion for fostering a nurturing and inclusive school environment. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, guiding the academic and administrative teams, and ensuring the highest standards of education for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school, aligning with our mission and vision.
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and caters to the diverse needs of students.
• Manage and support a team of educators and administrative staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture that promotes student well-being and academic achievement.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to build strong partnerships and encourage active involvement in school activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of students and staff, implementing improvements and interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards.
• Lead school improvement initiatives and drive continuous development.
• Represent the school at various events, meetings, and in the community.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful school leadership and administration.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success and continuous school improvement.
• Knowledge of Islamic integrated education.
