The ideal candidates will have a strong background in mathematics education and a commitment to inspiring students to excel in mathematics. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that foster a love for mathematics and help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality mathematics lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Prepare and administer assessments, exams, and assignments to evaluate student learning.
• Encourage students to develop strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Stay current with developments in mathematics education and integrate new knowledge and technologies into teaching practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the mathematics program.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
• Uphold the school's values and standards, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or licensure in mathematics education.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
• Knowledge of Islamic integrated education is an advantage.
