Wholesome Start Home School is seeking a dedicated and certified Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of Montessori principles and practices. As a Montessori Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters independence, creativity, and a love for learning in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Montessori-based lessons and activities that meet the needs of individual students.
• Create a prepared environment that is orderly, attractive, and conducive to independent learning.
• Observe and assess student progress, providing individualized support and guidance.
• Encourage the development of practical life skills, sensory exploration, and academic skills through hands-on activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and a sense of community.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the overall development and well-being of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with Montessori education practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
• Uphold the school's values and standards, promoting a culture of respect and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Montessori certification from a recognized Montessori training center.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
• Knowledge of Islamic integrated education is an advantage.
